By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Services

  • We provide transportation, warehousing, and delivery services for goods within the UK and internationally (where applicable).
  • All services are subject to availability and operational capacity.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must ensure all goods are properly packaged, labelled, and documented in compliance with UK and international regulations.
  • Prohibited or restricted items (including hazardous, illegal, or perishable goods) must not be shipped without prior written approval.
  • You must provide accurate collection and delivery information. Incorrect details may result in delays or additional charges.

4. Goods in Transit Insurance

  • Unless otherwise agreed, our liability for loss or damage is limited in accordance with the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR) or relevant UK regulations.
  • Customers are strongly advised to arrange additional Goods in Transit Insurance if the value of the goods exceeds our standard liability.

5. Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the lesser of:
    1. The value of the goods at the time of carriage; or
    2. £100 per consignment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We are not liable for:
    • Losses arising from delays beyond our reasonable control.
    • Consequential or indirect losses (e.g., lost profits, business interruption).
    • Goods improperly packaged or declared by the customer.

6. Delivery & Delays

  • We aim to meet agreed delivery times but do not guarantee exact delivery schedules unless expressly confirmed in writing.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, customs clearance, strikes, traffic, or weather disruptions.

7. Payment Terms

  • All charges are as quoted at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Payment is due within [insert days, e.g., 14 days] of invoice unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to withhold delivery or impose interest on overdue accounts.

8. Claims

  • Claims for lost or damaged goods must be notified in writing to askme@continualogistics.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery).
  • Supporting evidence, including photos and documentation, must be provided.
  • Failure to make a claim within this time frame may result in the claim being rejected.

9. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services immediately if:

  • You breach these Terms.
  • You provide false or misleading information.
  • Goods are deemed unsafe, illegal, or prohibited.

10. Governing Law
